Usually, one turns the keyboard on first, then speakers. Some recommendations suggest setting all volume knobs to zero before turning on any power, then turning up once power is on.
The goal is to avoid loud speaker pops which can physically damage the speakers.
The other goal is to protect your ears. I had one unfortunate experience when testing a mixer. The sudden sound was so loud my spouse jumped on the other side of the house and my ears hurt from the spike. Should have started with all volumes at zero!
"Caution" is the word of the day.
