HiThere are really 2 options but I suspect the first option (A) is what you are looking for:Thank you Stevie18. Yes, I'm changing a default performance for live execution by adding new parts and modifying effects, key ranges, controls, part volumes, and so on. When I store it as a new performance in my Live Set bank, everything I did was kept. Only the master volume always remains the original.[/i]
So basically the master volume never change and for a live performance is a big issue. How to solve it?
A. In 'Live Set', tap Edit, adjust the volume of the Slot that the Performance is in, and then tap Done
(This assumes you have 'linked' the Performance into Live Set already)
or..
B. Under Category Search, open the Performance (Home), select the Mixing tab on the left side, then Mst volume at the bottom right, adjust Mst volume and save the Performance
Note that Presets and Library Performances can not be modified & then saved into those respective locations, but they can be saved as a new Performance in User memory. As per (B) above, you would be modifying and saving the Performance's Mst (Master volume) in User Memory.
The beauty of Live Set option (A) is that you are 'linking' a shortcut to the Performances, whether they reside in Preset, Library or User Memory, and Live Set allows you to adjust the Master Volume for that linked Performance shortcut without affecting the Performance's actual volume whereever in memory that it is stored.
Thanks a lot for your reply I think you got the point wiuth OPTION A!!!
This is exactly what I couldn't find in the manuals , this is a great tip! Thnx indeed!!!!
You saved me in my gig
