Programming my M8x for live.
Have numerous programs from the OG Montage (backups, libraries, user-files).
I need to be able to extract bits from various of these files... and put them together into the M8x.
One sound in particular is problematic.
For "Feels Like The First Time" I've got a Performance with a User Arp that I created. This was saved as a Library file.
I can load that Library file into the M8x and ESP.
The Performance/Arp plays as expected.
My problem is that I can't load that Performance/Arp into the User area... so I can continue adding/programming.
I had hoped I could load the Performance/Arp into ESP... and just hit the Transfer button... and it would appear in the M8x.
What happens is that the Performance loads... without the User Arp associated with it.
This wouldn't be an issue... if we could Save/Import User Arps.
With the OG Montage, I made heavy use of John Melas Waveform Editor. It was a Godsend for these types of things.
To my knowledge, there's no way to currently do what I need... short of programming everything from square one.
