Sir, I didn't reply to your message because you have a tendency of going around in circles, and not reading my full replies at times. So instead of possibly being "disrespectful" by calling it out, yes I am ignoring you. But just so that I don't seem like the bad guy, let me respond for what will be the final time, to your most recent comment to me.
No sir! What you need to do is to do that test yourself. I provided ALL of the information and objects needed for you, Yamaha, or anyone else to reproduce the test I just described.
Sir, the ONLY reason I made this post is because I already HAVE tested this myself. You tested loading Library files until you hit the Sample Memory cap. Great. What I asked was, did you also test loading USER files and then you tell me I have to do that myself. :sigh: You would think I did, otherwise why even make this thread?
You have yet to provide Yamaha or anyone else with all of the info and objects for us to try to reproduce what you did even though you have been ask multiple times.
This is 100% false. You can go back to my previous messages where I've laid out everything. Whether or not you want to read it is up to you. Even Joel Borg read my comments and admitted that this issue a head scratcher and has advised that for now to load 2GB worth of content to the User Bank, and then to load additional content via Libraries and to submit a full report to synthesizers@yamaha.com. Wonder why he could come to that conclusion but not you?....
You can't just say none of your files is corrupt - please post the proof of how you verified each file.
Great question. From the 400+ customers I have who use my files which I sell under my Sample Library company Wise Sound. Would be more than happy to send you over 20 review videos, sales history and email conversations of said 400+ happy customers :D
Joel is a recognized expert so it is a mistake to dismiss his comment so quickly. It isn't 'sad' that he thinks you may have a corrupted file. He is telling you a likely cause of an issue such as yours.
My latest video I just uploaded and supplied to Yamaha Support and Joel Borg used all Shop Yamaha USA Libraries (Chick's Mark V, Montage Expanded, etc.) and I still got the Sample Memory Full issue when attempting to Import each Library into the User Bank. So now the error falls on Yamaha correct?
Can we assume then that you also sent them the user file you loaded that got you to the 2.0GB starting point and your WAV files so they can follow your same steps? A simple question that could have been EASILY answered but instead you blew me off. A simple question that could have been EASILY answered but instead you blew me off.
Oh don't worry, it's been answered :D
