Thank you for your reply, mx49. Note that I just revised the topic to clarify that I want the pattern to play with any three-note chord I play, not just with the chord I originally recorded. So if I record a C major chord (g-e-c-g-e-c-g-c) and convert it to an arp, I can play a D minor chord and it will play a-f-d-a-f-d-a-f. I have done this in the past with my Yamaha motif specifically for playing banjo and it works beautifully. Now will it work on the MODX?
