"It's Hot Tonite" is a Performance Mode transfer from my XF8...on which I initially noticed the problem, and made the video. I reproduced it after with one of the preset MODX pianos (I don't remember the name, though I'm happy to try more), and 2 other performances. It seemed like a universal problem.

I'll try on Tuesday when I'm in front of the keyboard again.
I didn't factory reset the MODX8 when I bought it used, but I did update the firmware.
