I sometimes feel like I am in a black hole ![😂]()
The Mac Mini is an amazing biit of kit. When my last iMac died I went the Hackintosh route and that was great for a few years but I really wanted to not have to faff around EFI files and plist etc. I moved to the Mac Mini M2 and then the Mac Mini M4 and it has been bliss! It takes up no room on my desk, runs silently and does everything I need it to do.
I have the full version of Halion 7.1 here somewhere. Haven't needed to fire it up recently but I might take another look at it.
Etude is tempting but I don't "need" it. Also on my connection which is a max of 65 mbps it would not take a huge amount of time to download but it would tie up the bandwidth. We have gigabit internet all around us but because we live in a block of 9 apartments we cannot get it installed. Frustrating doesn't even come close!![:angry-tappingfoot:]( "Tapping Foot")
Still, it could be worse. We only had 2.8 mbps download when we lived out in the countryside. Ironically they now have gigabit broadband and we are stuck with what realitively at least feels like that 2.8 mbps again![😂]()
