It's mainly that nobody knows about Ketron or what the Event and others can do. Arrangers are already unheard of instruments in general so if the category of instrument is rare and then you have an unknown manufacturer making them it's a double strike against the product even if it's the best.

You never see one in your lifetime unless you get really lucky. However In those certain parts of the world they are everywhere I hear. Yamaha & Korg are BIG and make many other things especially Yamaha. A company making only arrangers has no money to advertise or send units for display anywhere at all unless it's NAMM etc. Free YouTube is most of all they have and the very kind musicians showcasing what they can do in videos.
Yamaha would probably be smart to buy Ketron out instead of to compete with them except Yamaha's platform is different not sure if that's good or not for them. The Event is just a computer inside a box shaped like a keyboard.
