OK this time I will put the blame fair and square on Mary for a change as she sends me (privately) such amazing forums that I simply cannot help myself. Shamefully the count has actually risen to 1093 folders and that's AFTER I have deleted the original zip or RAR files. BUT then again I could have said no ..plain and simple ... To be honest it's still me who delights in new sources and I could say thanks but no thanks ...Fair enough I'll trim the excess on my backup drive. Just so you know, I can take advantage of Mary's generous nature because I think her and hubby are in the midst of the huge power outage that has hit Ireland (as at the weekend 750,000 homes and businesses were affected from storm Eowyn and my cousin on the East Coast has had no power so Mary probably is in the same boat!

No sympathy. There's poor me, sitting down at my computer/keyboard by candlelight just wishing I could turn them on and visit with you guys, wondering how long it might go on....
Hope your cousin's doing OK. It's really slow to get sorted out. We thought we wouldn't get our electricity back for a couple of weeks and that's the case for some still. We're not so bad, old enough to practically remember getting electricity and plumbed water so know how to manage without. But many don't even have a way to heat a house, they don't build with chimneys here anymore. To be fair, our ESB (Electricity Supply Board) is excellent, if other services aren't.
