That *is* an unusual configuration! Sorry I don't have more experience with that (a 26 single trigger setup); I've started here 47 years ago (!) and have never encountered that!
But it's a totally legitimate question; and I think an older kit like a dtx720 *might*; or another brand like Roland might do what you require. And we didn't even encouter 128 note drum kits on Yamaha keyboards until 2021 (PSRA5000); and the keyboard division is always their leading tech (meaning I don't expect to see a 128 note e kit from Yamaha until the next gen)
I just asked the Yamaha rep, and he said it sounded like a DTXM12 module would probably better suit your applications.
