Yamaha PSR-SX Forum • PSR sx920 Locking Up

I received my PSR sx920 yesterday and have been testing it out.

Twice it's locked up while playing a style (just keeps playing that section) and no other buttons work, not even the off button.

Then I get this enclosed error.

I have to actually pull the power from the keyboard to get it to turn off.

Just wondering if there's a software update I need or got a bad keyboard.
