Not much choice, actually, as the sx900's are sold out (in North America anyway). And yes, I'm expecting the same as you are; roughly the same price as a used G1.I think that there is little point in waiting for a successor to the SX900 at the moment. This successor will probably cost about as much as a used Genos1, but if Yamaha stays true to itself, a Genos1 will be able to do a lot more (76 quality keys, aftertouch, SA2, better samples, ...).

@Marco66 no, you really can't. I mean, I *could* upload a video, but you won't *really* experience the difference. You need to try in a shop, but i've no idea how far away the closest shop to you is. I *have* uploaded recordings of the same midi file on G2 and PA5x, can you hear any difference there?

@Sonic2000Gr: historically, the sx720 will use the same chipset and sound library as the sx920, but probably with less expansion ram (maybe 512mb?) and probably no VH/vocoder or Audio styles. Sx920 is more of a guess (I usually see these things about 2-3 months ahead of time, but they're not showing us the sx920 before launch... indicative of a very incremental change). So my guess is most or all of the G1 sound library (minus all the S.Art 2 stuff)... which means the potential addition of the resonator guitars, the Kino Strings, and the many, many new warm horns that showed up on G1, *possibly* with stripped down versions of the new ambient drums on G2, hopefully all the non ambient new G2 kits as is, and likely the new Revo reverb (it *does* make a difference).
And likely around 1.5gb of expansion area? Maybe anywhere from 1.25 GB to 1.6 GB
