I've just had a look at the pick ups in my SA2100 (1988, Taiwan ... unfortunately). Oddly, they were labelled as SA2500 rather than 2100. Based on the serial number, the fact it was built in Taiwan and the truss rod cover having SA2100 on it, I'm absolutely certain its not a 2500, which I note from Bill's pages was the top of the SA model line!
Anyway, I'm assuming these would be Spinex pick ups if that 2500 stamp is to be believed, but maybe I assume too much. Would be grateful for any thoughts on that and advice as to what the numbers mean (apologies if that info is already elsewhere on the thread and I've just missed it).
