@Saul this site has to fight back.Just wanted to put this out there and it ties in with my earler post about how Google had basically killed my other site and also the front end of this site. This video from Retro Dodo says it all but what it boils down to is Google is trashing their own t&c about the use of ai but using that same ai to train its search results on our hard work.
So all the content I have written over the past 24 years as well as hhundreds of thousands of other niche content producers and for which I have made next to nothing in terms of revenue is being used by Google to train their large language model to provide Google's own answers to your search queries.
By doing this they cut out all of us site owners in order to make money through directing search results to their own sponsored content.

1) Explicitly state in membership guidelines that machine learning, and generative AI against the forum content is not allowed and violators will face legal action.
2) Work with the network and system administrators to actively identify activity that may be associated with scraping the site, and take the
necessary action to block the bots, and deal with users that are engaging in abnormally large volume read activity.
3) Collaborate with other site owners to instigate a class action lawsuit that brings litigation against any user block that uses generative AI to break the TOS of this site. Make sure that usage of generative AI by forum members to copy content is a violation of site membership
4) Put all significant content behind a membership sign in, and make it clear that upon accepted a membership to this site machine learning,
generative AI, scraping, data mining, automated profile building or any other related activities are a violation of membership and subject
to litigation.
5) Consider engaging members to boycott the goods and services of those companies that have stolen the content from YamahaMusicians
This appears to be a PHP based site, it may be necessary to regroup and go with a locked down J2EE configuration
